For large payments, the credit card company may call you to verify your identity. If it is judged to be an abnormal order, such as the use of a stolen card or an order under someone else's name, the order may be held or canceled arbitrarily.

For bank transfers, you can transfer the product purchase amount directly via PC banking, internet banking, telebanking, or at a nearby bank.

The name of the depositor entered at the time of order and the name of the actual depositor must match. Deposit must be made within 7 days, and orders without deposit will be automatically canceled.

Shipping begins after the application is completed and payment is made, and delivery takes up to 3 business days.

An email/SMS will be sent 2 days prior to the start of shipping selected by the buyer, and the actual payment will be made 1 day prior at the previously notified amount.

Notices regarding holidays and shipping issues will be provided via the [Notices] page on the Nutrakos website.
